Museological Plan / Visitor Study
for the Alcazaba of Almería.
Commissioned by the Management Office of the Alcazaba of Almería Monumental Complex, under the Almería Culture Delegation of the Andalusian Department of Culture.
The project sits within an overall Master Plan and provides a visitor study and a set of museological and museographic recommendations for the plan as a whole. The focus is on the expectations of real and potential audiences regarding the content and resources to be developed across the various spaces of the archaeological site — to bring the remains to life and to ease management and the rollout of public and educational programmes.
