My research interests bring together the importance I attach to the roots of culture and its role in people’s lives, and a curiosity about the cultures of the future, now inseparable from the Internet and information and communication technologies. Looking at how visitors understand heritage and how we can in turn improve their learning, motivation and expectations through analogue and digital resources is therefore a challenge I take on with great pleasure.
